  • Cleansing Kitcheree (a mung bean & basmati rice spiced porridge, the classic Ayurvedic dish)

  • Liver Cleanse Subji (a cleansing vegetable dish with carrots, beets, daikon, and bitter greens)

  • Indian Sprout Salad

  • Ghee (liquid sunshine)

  • Parsley Chutney (to cleanse the blood)
