Autumn Ayurveda Cooking

Vegetarian, will contain some dairy

 A quintessential Ayurvedic fall meal to repeat in its many variations throught the season. You will learn about kitcheree varieties and priciples to adjust it per the season and per your vikruiti (current condition). Also, we will learn the art of making ghee (fully clarified grass-fed organic butter), a simple process but there are some technical tricks!

  • Tridoshic Yam Kitcheree with Greens

  • Ghee (liquid sunshine)

  • Oven Roasted Fall Veggies in Herbs and Ghee

  • Ojas Building Shake (an almond cardamon smoothie to boost your innermost vital energy)
