In this very practical workshop we will learn to apply the practices of Ayurveda to daily life. Making small changes that are supportive of your inherent nature can lead to dramatic shifts such as deeper levels of sleep, ease throughout your day, more accessible meditative states, multi-level healing, and the reduction of disease risk. This session will include constitution-specific tips on daily and seasonal routines, diet, yoga/pranayama/meditation practices for your constitution, and best options for expressing your gifts. We will also share some delicious Ayurvedic food. NOTE: This is a workshop, not a cooking class per se.
