Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, is the world’s oldest continuously practiced medical system. Ayurveda means “science of life” and its aim is to optimize vitality and longevity based upon one's inherent constitution and its relationship to environment, diet, and sensory experience. This first session will help you understand the world-view and basic principles of Ayurveda. You will also discover your own constitution as well as the ways in which you become imbalanced.
