North Indian Cooking

Will contain some dairy

This classic North Indian meal is rich with warm creaminess, a decent amount of buttery richness, and the heartiness of delicious bubbly wheat-based Naan with garlic. Please note, we will not make naan as there are many wonderful store bought options and will instead use our time to hand make the fresh paneer cheese.


  • Saag Paneer (spiced greens with fresh homemade paneer which we will make!)

  • Gurupriya’s Tasty Dal (with a bit of ajwan and Kashmiri red chile)

  • Naan

  • Cucumber Raita

  • Lemon Pickle (to cut the fat)
