The Summer season in Colorado can be intense because our high elevation enhances the sun's heat. This class will help you navigate the hot months with ease and comfort, reduce physical and emotional inflammation. This meal is particularly helpful for the Fiery Pitta, Combo-Pitta types or anyone who wants a more easeful Summer.

  • Chana Masala (mildly spiced chickpeas with greens)

  • Golden Basmati Rice Pilaf (aromatic and colored with anti-inflamatory tumeric)

  • Jicama, Cucumber, Lime Salad (a fresh, cool, brightness)

  • Coconut Chutney (a South Indian touch)

  • Hibiscus Rose Tea
