Renew and restore for several hours of deep, slow recharge and clarity. During this day, we will practice slow moving asana, sitting meditation, walking meditation, eating meditation, dharma talk, journaling, and dharma sharing. We will also sing!
This day is all about slowing down and deeply practicing in a loving group of practitioners. Most of these practices emerge from the Plum Village Tradition of Engaged Buddhism and are all non-dogmatic, tangible ways to nurture our Mindfulness.
Please bring your own bag lunch and be prepared to eat at ONE Yoga near Belleview and I-25.
