Join Veteran Yoga teachers Kristine Whittle and Beth Gurupriya Sanchez, for a deeply supportive Fall Retreat at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. Practices will include Flow-based and Restorative asana, pranayama, meditation and Ayurvedica self-care practices for the season. Take time to soak in the healing waters, wander in the woods, be with sweet ones, and gather your resources to thrive during the cold months.
