Join Veteran Restorative Teacher, Beth Gurupriya Sanchez and Reiki Master, Rene Sand for a luxurious soak in deep healing and rejuvenation.

This 2 hour Restorative Yoga Practice, coupled with Reiki energy work, will help you gather your resources for the coming of Spring.

Rene Sand is a Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and hair guru who loves to bring healing on all levels and in all realms. She teaches Yin Yoga on the 3rd Sunday of our Sumptuous Sundays offering at Courageous.

Beth Gurupriya Sanchez has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She specializes in Restorative Practice, Hands on Assists, and Ayurveda. Beth teaches Restorative Yoga every Sunday (except the 3rd) at Courageous from 6:00 - 7:30.
