Join Beth Gurupriya Sanchez and Derik Eselius of Denver Yoga Underground for another Spring Cleanse based on Ayurvedic principles of Pancha Karma (the 5 actions).
This Pay-What-You-Can process is designed to help you shake off the heaviness of Winter, the stress of the chaos, and lean into a renewed relationship with your body, community, and the natural world. The cleanse will be customized to your constitution, goals, and capacity to take on unhelpful habits and behaviors.
Four Stages & Key Dates:
#1 Intro. & Set Up – Wed. March 27, 7-8:30 pm, UCChurch at 6th & Adams/Online
Get an overview of what’s to come, the supplies you will need and build a safe and sacred container with fellow cleansers. You are not alone.
#2 Cleanse Launch! – Start your cleanse on Monday, April 1st Begin the process of a gradual elimination diet and internal oleation.
#3 Online Yoga Sadhana Class. Tuesday, April 2, 7:30 - 8:30am. Gather with your fellow cleansers to recieve and offer support.
#4 The Deep Cleanse – Saturday, April 6 - Monday, April 8, 2024
Weekend of healing renewal during the 2-3 day kitcharee or liquid fast.
#5 In Person Restorative Class - Sunday, April 7, 9:00-10:30am

#6 Online Sadhana Practice, Tues. April 9, 7:30-8:30 am

Price:
Option #1: Fair Market Value
Some people would rather just have it all settled before the workshop gets started. If that’s you, you can pay the market value of $225 in advance. If you have the means, you can offer more to support those who cannot afford Fair Market Value.
Option #2: Pay What You Can
Submit a $100 deposit to secure your space in the cleanse (let us know if you can’t swing that). The deposit is refundable up until two weeks before the Spring Cleanse. At the end of the cleanse, Pay What You Can in addition to the deposit. Whatever you can offer is perfect.
Option #3: Returning Cleansers
Submit a $65 deposit and be done with it or, at the end of the cleanse, Pay What You Can in addition to the deposit, it’s up to you. Whatever you can offer is perfect.
