This training will cover the core principles and practices of Restorative Yoga including:
Methodology and techniques
Physiological benefits
Use of Props
Sequencing
Give and receive hands on assists (optional)
Cueing, using your voice, energy and presence
Pranayama and Visualization/Kriya for Restorative Practice
Origins, theory and science behind the practice
Multi-media presentations and handouts
Receive several proven sequences and practices
Presentations and discussions will be accompanied by full experiential practice

Props provided:
A mat, bolster, strap, three blankets, & two blocks are provided. Bring an eye pillow and/or sand bag if you have one.

Option #1: Fair Market Value - Some people would rather just have it all settled in advance. If that’s the case, pay the fair market value of $240 for the entire 16 hr. workshop initially.
Option #2: Pay What You Can - Submit your $120 deposit to secure your space in the workshop (If you can’t swing that, let us know). This deposit is refundable up until two weeks before the workshop. At the end of your workshop, you can contribute additionally, whatever feels right.
