Saturday Satsang is a celebration of two essential elements: Community & Yoga. This monthly event is a way to gather as a community and renew our connection to the deeper spirit of yoga through dedicated practice: chanting, pranayama, meditation, song, story, theory and or sharing.
Saturday Satsang Format
Start with a prescribed practices of chanting, pranayama & meditation
Move into a all levels asana class
Then reflect on yogic teachings, sing kirtan, share &/or hear stories
