Join Veteran Restorative Teacher, Beth Gurupriya Sanchez and Reiki Master, Rene Sand for a luxurious soak in deep healing and rejuvenation.

This 2 hour Restorative Yoga Practice, coupled with Reiki energy work, will help you release and draw in for the Fall and Winter Seasons.

Rene Sand is a Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and hair guru who loves to bring healing on all levels and in all realms.

Beth Gurupriya Sanchez has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She specializes in Restorative Practice, Hands on Assists, and Ayurveda. Beth will renew teaching Restorative with Bodywork every Wednesday at Courageous Space from 6:45- 8:00pm starting October 2, 2024.
